honestly no reason to complain. quiet hotel with very central location and tastefully decorated rooms. comfy beds and central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen tv. bedrooms were separate, staff was friendly.

We had a really lovely time. the room was exceptionally clean. the staff was very nice, always with a smile on their face. the hotel's location was very central, in the heart of the city. I recently had a wonderful stay at Morelli Suite in the heart of Chiaia. The location was superb, just steps away from The Lungomare and a bustling shopping street. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel safe and comfortable. The staff, especially Fabio, went above and beyond to ensure my late arrival went smoothly. They even delivered breakfast to my room each morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. Joe

Enjoyed a "delightful" Italian breakfast, conveniently close to Port and shopping street. Amenities included free WiFi and concierge services. "Thrilled" to have to be present at check-in.
Just "loved" the inflexibility of late check-in. Wouldn't open after 11?
